- You can download and print this ring size guide. Keep in mind: Rings worn on the ring finger of the non-dominant hand should be about 1/2 size smaller than rings worn on the ring finger of the dominant hand.

We offer a selection of exceptional diamonds with the highest American Gem Society (AGS) ratings for cut, color, and clarity.
Our diamonds are always rated Ideal for cut, rated within the D-J range for color (Colorless-Near Colorless) and rated within the IF-SI2 range for clarity (Flawless- Slightly Included). For more information on our diamonds and on the 4Cs, consult our Diamond Guide. - You would have to take your diamond to your local retailer to have them verify the serial number and order new paperwork. You may find your nearest retailer with our store locator.
- The starting at price is for a center diamond that is J SI1. Pricing will vary based on diamond availability, color, clarity, and carat weight. If you would like a specific carat, color and clarity please let us know and we will be happy to look into that for you.
- Your jewelry will come in a felt-lined box, along with the following documents:- Document Of Purchase: every order comes with a Document Of Purchase, which can be used to insure your new jewelry;- Diamond Identity Document: this document comes with every engagement ring purchase, noting the AGS cut, color, clarity, carat weight, and fluorescence ratings of your Hearts On Fire center stone, as well as its unique serial number;- Certificate of Authenticity: this document comes will all jewelry orders that are not engagement rings, and notes that your brand new design is a certified Hearts On Fire original.

- You may have it repaired either at a local Hearts On Fire retailer which you can find here or we can arrange for you to send it in to us to be repaired. To send it in to us we would need the following information for us to send you return materials for you to send the item in to us. - White gold is yellow gold mixed with white alloys, so the natural color is yellowish. It is then rhodium plated to give it the shiny bright white finish. With wear and tear the rhodium will start to wear to show the natural color of the white gold. Here are some tips to make rhodium plating last as long as possible:Avoid rubbing the rhodium plating on your ring. For example, constantly washing your hands can wear it off quicker.Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals. Always take off your jewelry when dealing with chemicals or wear rubber gloves to protect your rings.Take your jewelry off when swimming in heavily chlorinated pools as the chlorine can damage the plating.Perfumes and cosmetics can also affect rhodium plating. Avoid contact with these and wipe away any residue if it does come into contact.

- White gold over time will need rhodium plating as the natural warm hue of white gold appears with wear and tear. Platinum is a pure white metal so it will get a patina to it but will always remain white in color.You may read about the differences from here.
- Sensational quality means all the diamonds are G-H in color and VS-SI in clarity. Signature quality means all the diamonds are I-J in color and VS-SI in clarity.It is tough to tell the difference between the two qualities, especially to the naked eye. If you are purchasing a yellow gold or rose gold setting, we recommend signature quality. White gold and platinum, we recommend sensational quality. Otherwise, signature quality can save a little money.
